Processing Times
We strive to ship your order as fast as possible. Most of our orders go out within 1-2 business days.
We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.
Return Policy
We Offer Free Returns on US Orders*
*Excludes custom orders and wholesale orders. Refer to our wholesale section below for wholesale policies.
International customers must purchase their own return label to make a return.
How to Make a Return
We accept returns within 30 days for a full refund. Please reach out to our customer service team at info@ectogasm.net if you have any concerns about getting your return product back to us.
To make a return, contact info@ectogasm.net with your order number and we get back to you in 1-2 busienss days and will provide you a return label.
Only approved returns are accepted and refundable. Once the return is recieved at our warehouse, we will process it and refund you within 1-2 business days.
Conditions
Returns must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
We do not cover the cost of return for international orders, nor do we return the cost of international shipping or upgraded domestic shipping.
Custom items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Returns will be processed and refunded in 1-2 days from the time we recieve the return in the mail at our warehouse. If you have not recieved your refurn within 15 days of sending the item, please reach out to us to refund your order.
Order changes and cancelations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to help. Our warehouse processes orders very quickly, so sometimes we are not able to change the order in time.
Wrong Address
We are not responsible for wrong addresses entered for shipping. It is up to the customer to put in their correct address.

Q: Do you offer an discounts?
A: Yes! Sign up to our email list with the form below for 10% off your first order.
Q: Do you do commissions and custom orders?
A: Our founder and artist, Raeha, does commissions when she is available. Please email her at raeha@ectogasm.net with your inquiry and include the project type and your budget.
Q: My order says it was delivered, but it's not here.
A: We're sorry to hear you haven't received your order yet! If the tracking information shows delivered, please allow 24 hours for it to arrive. Packages can show as delivered even though they are still in transit.
Please also make sure to check with household members and neighbors, who may have recieved your package by mistake.

A: We apologize if your order was received incomplete or if items were damaged in transit.
